Youth High Performance Camp 2020

Our Youth Development Camps provide each athlete with a complete and innovative training experience unlike any other. Our Pursuit Performance Coaches provide in-depth instruction, cutting edge programming and will work alongside you every session to help you master the fundamentals. As you begin to improve and develop sound movement and strength techniques, the program becomes progressively more challenging as we move throughout the summer.

Pee Wee Camp (11 & 12 years of age)

During the Learning to Train stage of the Long Term Athletic Development model, athletes will
continue to enhance agility, balance, coordination and speed. We will begin to integrate physical, mental, cognitive and emotional components within a well-structured program to help develop physical literacy. We will also introduce a progressive strength and power program with a focus on technical proficiency to further enhance their development.

Spring/Summer Camp Dates: Starts Tuesday July 7th and runs until Aug 27th 2020.
Details: Sessions are 75 min and run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-515pm
Rate: $125 per month

*NEW THIS SUMMER:on-ice sessions during the months of July and August with Professional Coaches to help further individual development. Ice times and additional fees to be determined*

Bantam & Midget Camp (13-16 years of age)

The athlete's are now entering the Learning to Train stage of their development. Each athlete will be exposed to complete performance program that will progress through the following stages:

Phase 1: Stability, Mobility, Full Range Strength
Phase 2: Speed and Plyometrics, Foundational Movement Patterns, Increase Strength and Energy System Development
Phase 3: Power, Performance & Speed Development and Specific Energy System Development

Details: Each session is 90 min and runs Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 530-7pm and includes:

-Up to 4 dryland training sessions per week
-Functional Movement Screen and Performance Assessment
-Individual Programming for every athlete
-Nutritional Consultation and
-Rest and Recovery strategies to help maximize results

Spring/Summer Camp Dates: Starts July 6th 2020 and runs until Aug 27th 2020.
Details: Sessions are 90 min and run Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 530pm-7pm
Rate: starting at $199.99 per month
