Amanda has been working in the fitness industry for over five years. During that time, she has coached elite youth, high-school, OHL, AHL, and NHL athletes. She also works with men and women looking to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Amanda is a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, and holds DTS Level 1. With a strong passion for health and functional training, she emphasizes viewing the body as a whole in order for her clients to reach their goals. She takes an integrative approach to wellness, with a comprehensive focus on nutrition, emotional wellness, gut health, and strength training.
