Xsenia is a highly skilled physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario specializing in hands-on therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and functional assessment techniques. She takes a functional approach to physiotherapy, focusing on identifying and correcting the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms.
Xsenia integrates Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) and other advanced functional assessment tools to analyze poor motor patterns, movement imbalances, and compensation issues. By retraining these patterns and pairing them with targeted exercise prescriptions, she creates personalized treatment plans that help clients move pain-free and optimize performance.

Registered Physiotherapist
Sarah Croft is a dedicated physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario passionate about helping clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain confidence in movement. Born and raised in Guelph, she developed a love for physiotherapy through her own experiences recovering from sports-related injuries sustained while training for half marathons and playing soccer and field hockey.
Sarah earned her Honours degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, where she worked as a student athletic therapist for the men’s varsity soccer team and volunteered with KidsAbility. She then became a Certified Kinesiologist before obtaining her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University.
Sarah specializes in sports injury rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and neuromuscular conditions. She is currently completing her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and holds certifications in acupuncture and dry needling, allowing her to provide a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to treatment.
With experience treating clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds, Sarah is dedicated to identifying the biomechanical, anatomical, and physiological causes of pain to create personalized treatment plans that improve mobility and enhance quality of life.

Carla is a dedicated physiotherapist in Guelph, Ontario, committed to helping clients move with confidence and achieve their health and fitness goals. With a strong background in sports injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, and women’s health, Carla takes a personalized approach to treatment, empowering individuals to feel their best.
She earned her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2016 after completing an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University, where she gained hands-on experience as an athletic trainer for the women’s lacrosse team.
Carla is passionate about ongoing education and skill development. In 2022, she achieved her Fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) after completing advanced manual therapy exams—placing her among the top practitioners in the field.
Beyond sports and orthopedics, Carla has a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy, providing expert care for conditions like pelvic pain, incontinence, and prolapse. Through specialized pelvic physiotherapy treatments, she helps women regain strength, function, and confidence in their bodies.

A graduate with honours in Sports Therapy from CCMH, Heather combines advanced therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and rehabilitation. She is registered with the CMTO and an active member of the RMTAO.

Dianna has been a part of the Pursuit Athletic Centre family since 2017 beginning as a student athlete and then becoming a member of the Pursuit Training team. Dianne is currently finishing her studies at Canadian Chiropractic Memorial College in Toronto, On.
