With personalized workout plans tailored to your goals, our friendly, expert coaches guide you through strength training, functional fitness, and conditioning programs to maximize results.

Our TRAINING PROGRAMS

  • Pursuit Athletic Centre’s Athletic Development program offers progressive training designed to enhance athletic performance for youth, high school, and college athletes. It focuses on building stability, strength, speed, and power through tailored workouts. Programs like the Middle School and High School/College sessions emphasize proper movement mechanics, functional strength, and sport-specific skills. With expert coaching and a fun, supportive environment, athletes develop essential skills for improved performance and injury prevention.   • Pursuit Athletic Centre offers a dynamic strength and conditioning program tailored for adults, designed to elevate fitness levels and achieve lasting results. This specialized program combines expert training techniques with state-of-the-art equipment, empowering members to improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Small group classes, led by certified coaches, ensure personalized attention and proper exercise execution for optimal performance.

    The Adult Functional Fitness program offers flexible, monthly memberships with classes available throughout the week. Pursuit Athletic Centre welcomes all adults, regardless of fitness level, providing a supportive environment to stay challenged and reach new fitness goals.

  • This mature adult class focuses on increasing muscular strength, improving cardio endurance, and enhancing range of motion to support everyday activities. Each session incorporates low-impact exercises and a variety of gym equipment to keep workouts engaging and effective. Perfect for adults looking to stay active and build strength in a safe, supportive environment.
